Default Disappearing campaigns

Not entirely sure if this is in the correct place or if it belongs in the mod section so, if any moderators see this and it isn't, feel free to move it.

I have recently been enjoying two user made campaigns: Spitfire Dawn and Eagle day.

I fired up CloD yesterday and discovered that they have both vanished! I haven't touched any of the game files, apart from the standard .ini tweaks to get the game running in a satisfactory manner, and installing the campaigns of course, and the Steam cloud is unticked to prevent my .ini tweaks being "corrected".

I was wondering.... has anyone else experienced this strange turn of events? I can't, for the life of me, make any sense of what could have happened. lol

This would happen if you verify the integrity of game cache in steam which resets some of the ini files. Steam will do this auto, if the files are missing or corrupt, when starting the game.
Anyways, just add them back to the campaigns.ini in "steam\parts\bob\mission\campaign" folder and it should work. Unless all the files are gone.

Hmmmm..... you know something? I DID verify the cache files after I started getting random crashes on start up.

Cheers for that! Totally forgot I'd done that.

Another mystery solved. lol
