Exactly the same here. I e-mailed the support and their only responce was to turn of DEP.
Any other ideas anyone? I AM PISSED btw... |

Which version are you playing? Sandbags issue was supposed to be fixed something like 2 patches ago. Check out the link to make sure your game is up to date:

Please make a screenshot of your crash, as it's unlikely to be exactly the same as there is no longer any animation played in regards of sandbags.

I have got same problem why has there been no response? Its amazing I can run all the other games I own maxed out settings with no crashes or connection issues but men of war gives me problems with both.....
