Default Aircraft problem video

Hello

I do not know if I'm posting this question in the right place. My plane started to have this problem of video inside the aircraft.

My settings:

I7 2600k
Video ATI Radeon 6950 2GB
16 Gb Memory

those settings that you spoke of is my video card or video settings of the game?
