MoW vietnam mission 1 Boat fuel bug?

After entering the boat the game gives me a arrow back to the center of the base and nothing is there to complete just tire tracks in the sand and all around.Also when i check the objectives list and click the zoom option it shows me it should be inside the church.I have cleared out the whole church area also and only can find ammo stash inside.So long story short I'm getting shown to go nowhere wile objectives says church which wont let me find any fuel there.Any suggestions please?
