Question regarding BF109

Hi

I have been away from the flight sims for 3 years
Now i have come back to CLOD

BUT:

I forgot most of the flying and engine management

First i dont now wich trims are used in the BF109 E
I tought it was Elevator trim and Airelion trim , no rudder trim right ?
It has 4 Magneto settings 0,M1,M2,M1+2
Oil Radiator, and air or water radiator,Prop pitch,Mixture,Combat power ?
And wat the hell are leading edge Flaps, Airbrake,And that emergency undercaring thing i think this is for electric power to lower the gear ?

I did some flying and after some time i get red,black plashes on min windscreen ??? I think i do something wrong here
Now in the lower left you see some icons that says P,M and some other i cant read , they have colors,black,yellow,brown,bleu wat are they ?
Would some one be so kind to help me here .
