Movie Makers/screenshot arstists, I have a question

I'd like to make a new movie, and I'd like to take some nice screenshots. I don't have a great system, so I turn down my graphics a bit when I record in servers.

When I replay the ntrk, if I turn my graphics up to full, will I be able to re-record and take screenshots at the higher resolution, or will I be stuck with what I originally recorded?
