Ubisoft for patch?

I sent an email of complaint to 1C, my complaint was based on the lack of information and the fact that the game was sold only half finished. This is the reply, make of it what you will.

I’m sorry for my late reply. I was advised that the correct company to turn to is Ubisoft as they are a publisher of this title. Please contact them for either a refund, or help with making the game work properly on your PC.
