Menu Error help needed

Hi

just got my new laptop, runs the game pretty good but not the menus.... i seem to get the menu screens not loading up correctly. When selecting something on the menu it doesnt load up that page, i have to put my curser over area of screen to get text to appear.

Any ideas?
