How does the Ati 6970 compare?

ATI 6970 vs Nvidia equivalent?

I'm going to upgrade this weekend , and looking to spend around $300-400 on a card. The new cards now have 4GB of memory so why bother spending huge when in 6mths they will be half that price.

How does this card go with COD?
