New rig, need your expertise

Sold my old rig for € 400
Looking for a new one now.

Will be one with i7-2600K 3,4 Ghz and GTX590 3GB.

PC comes with 8GB DDR 1333Mhz.
I can upgrade to 16GB for € 90 extra.
Will I see considerable effect on FPS playing missions with around 50 aircraft?
