I'm a new sim player with a graphics question

Hi I have a new dell computer running windows 7, its a quad core processor , my graphics card was stock, it is ATI Radeon HD 4200.

My question is : Is this graphics card gonna give me max graphics on this game (IL-2 sturmovik: 1946), or should I upgrade my card to get better graphics.
I dont know if with my card it is as good as the game can look and upgrading will just be wasteing money, or if I bought a better card will it be worth the money spent.
