HELP with Battle Berlin...Shed Burners

OMG, I spent 2 hours doing this mission and not completing it! I am on the last part...destroy the fortified building and can NOT find the darn building anywhere! I staired at the screen looking for a fortified structure and found nothing. Had to turn off game because I was feeling server eye strain form looking at the city details with all that bloom.

Where is the building that needs bombed? Is it in the burning/smokey section of town? I hate this mission!
