Default Start Up Problem

Hey there. Got a bit of a problem.

Install went all good, and I applied the patch to the files. But when I go to start the game, either by Desktop Shortcut, or locating ZV.exe on the computer it does not want to start.

The screen shows the Tomorrow War banner thing, screen flashes black for a bit and goes back to my desktop. The file is running, as it is on the start bar, when I click on it though, I cannot select anything on the desktop.

The process of ZV.exe is running, and it takes up around 16,000k memory.

Any ideas?

What patch you've applied, my fix? Try reinstalling and running the game without it, but i doubt this error is caused by it. Where did you buy the game (online, store)?

"After applying the patch, the game fails to start via the Desktop Shortcut or directly through ZV.exe. Try running the game as administrator, check for missing dependencies, or verify game files.xfinity billing customer support Reinstalling the game or patch may also resolve the issue."
