So the prob is is Right now that the Blue Portal Effect appears too late?
Thats pretty Strange because I just tested the Mod on my SW1 Installation and the Portal effect just came in the right Time...
Hm... Do you maybe have an Backup of some previous/older sw1 installation without the Mod?, you could try to just re-install the Mod.

An other solution also would be to Upload the system 1_11 of yours To some Website So I can see for myself whats wrong with it / Comparing it to mine,
or put it up as an attachment in your next Post.
