You can replace crosshair texture to empty one.. it is one of the pricel_*.dds files in ui.vfs or (UI folder if you unpack it..)
just make empty texture (32x32), with black alpha channel in photoshop or some other graphics programm, and save it as pricel.dds to that folder..
