Kepper summoning ritual
I can't seem to get the scroll (Or anything for that matter) from the magus near byridge. The only thing he will say to me is that he has never heard of the Champion sword in his life. Any ideas what I have not done yet to get him to communicate further? I have gotten past the first 2 barriers on the flying isles but am at a stand still until I can get the summoning ritual.
