As mentioned above Amazon France and Germany are selling CE. Amazon Germany has CE with german localization, which doesnt work for me. Since I only speak Finnish and English.
I have tried to find out if Amazon France is selling CE with france localization, or is it in english. Can someone pls help me to find out which version it is?

The CE in France will have:
- the spit manual in english
- the game manual (100+ pages) in french
- the game will probably install in french or english
Your best chance is UK imo; either through Ubi.com if you can make it believe your ip is in UK, or if a retailer (amazon?) gets the CE (no confirmation yet)
