you will have to use HUD mode (press H) and push the install item button (down right), then get out the asteroid as fast as you can... i recomend u to use orbital engines (control+w until the bar is full) to reach minimun safety distance... without them you can barelly reach it. Remember: orbital engines need a couple of seconds to activate
