Hi!
The easiest way is by attacking weaker armies than yours and selling the trophies you gain after each battle, and by completing the main quests of the storyline campaign.
The quests are tough and you must get some experience and more units before them.
For reinforcements just go in a castle or city and select <<Hire mercenaries>>
then click your unit and then reinforce.
