There are multiple ways. I can only think of a couple right now (just got off of work).

Try pressing 'PrtScrn' on keyboard and then opening "MSPaint" or any other photo editor and pressing 'CTRL + V', this method is not recommended however, because it limits your screen capture capability to one picture each time before you alt+tab to paste them.

The second method is the method I choose to use most frequently. Download a program called either "FRAPS" or "Xfire" and use the built-in screen capture abilities in those programs. FRAPS lets you select which image file type to save as too, I'd go with .png for greatest image quality. Xfire also gives you a free website to post them on, as well as videos. It's a pretty cool program really, although a bit more involved than FRAPS.

You can find either of those programs by completing a simple Google search or likewise.
