If you read the sticky you will see why there are no German cockpits, you were not meant to ever be able to fly them. I'd much much rather have the planes without cockpits than not have the planes full stop.
Hat's off to Gaijin, we were never supposed to have a sim mode or German aircraft to fly, but we do thanks to them.
