If it hasn't arrived by tomorrow I am going to buy one in the shops and return the play.com one back to the shop (still packed for a full refund). This way I will only pay for the reduced internet price!  (I really hope this works)

I really dont think you want to try that Doctor, most retailers of games these days have a policy for returns that says they dont have to offer a refund on a game unless it is proven to be faulty, exchanges or vouchers is what they usually offer, I should know, I used to be a branch manager for Game.
