Hey man, It finally works with ur help
configurations:
server: ip 129.254.84.xx port 21000
client: ip 129.254.84.yy port 21001
server pc created the muliplayer server and client pc joined server pc puting the server_ip:server_port in join window which is "129.254.84.xx:21000".
LoL, now I can enjoy il2 with my friend
