take the fonts.cfg file from the zip file and drop it in the mods folder or rename the zip file to a .KFS file and drop it in the mods folder. Also you can open this file with wordpad/notepad and mess with the font sizes yourself
I have a 19" flatpanel@1440*900 this made the font readable for me. If I change certain font sizes to 16 alot of the dialogue does not fit. It requires a whole rework of the interface.
