I have had many of the same problems and frustrations that have been mentioned here. I finally purchased a new quad processor computer with a NVIDIA 9600 GT video card (512 MB of dedicated memory). I am using VISTA 64 bit operating system. Happy to report, KB is running flawlessly.

It makes me believe that many of the problems are hardware related not software due to the heavy need for extra processing and video. I know that may not be true in all cases, but wanted to let all know what I experienced.

Good luck to all in finding a solution to your ever frustrations with KB. I was there too.
