If you have the Steam version and it is not russian version it might be to do with the codes that represent each letter. Maybe when a message is sent the Russian computer turns it into a code and your version interprets it as a different European letter. This happens to me and I have the English retail version. I have no idea how to solve it
, maybe u will have to just learn each letter.
