The files you're looking for is in your \7.62\ini\items\ folder. There are several values that needs to be altered to get the wanted effect. The files are
AMMOINFO and WEAPONINFO. There are other files that controls the number of bullets in clips and so forth, so if you plan to play around with that as well, look in the other files in that folder.
