Changing the camera thingy is easy to do manually.
Open ses.kfs ( with 7-zip/winrar etc) find the camera.txt.
Extract that file to your ice and fire folder (if you have ice and fire otherwise addon)
change DIST_MAX=18 to DIST_MAX=36
That will give you a better vertical view on the map. Play with the other options aswell if you want you can always just delete it if you mess up
