It is a spell from the Warrior Hero
Farmer, he has 4 spells, Chicken / Scarecrow (cast fear on nearb enemies), Lucky Hare (bless etc on own troops similar to the Holy Statue), Smelly Cow (farts/wasp on nearby enemies).
10 crystals to learn? You must have som Alchemy, I remember it to be more expensive... Genereally Hero specific spells are more expensive for other Heroes to learn, some even up to 1000 Crystals!
