On my X-52 I have my zoom in as the - and zoom out as the = sign. Using the profiling software you can set that key command to repeat. I use my mini stick axis tghat I have set up as a 4 way hat switch, that is it responds to commands at the 12,3,6, and 9 oclock positions.. My zoom is set at the 3 and 6 positions with nothing at 12 & 6 at the moment. The press is set to .005, the repeat is set to .060 and the release is set to .010.

I see. I am using the profiling software that comes with the stick. The issue is I am not used to controlling zoomin and out with a controll or key. I prefer that I can use my head to control via trackir, but I guess the game is too primitive to allow that. Also, I hate the ministick. My doesn't work well. Btw, you are from Northern VA? I am from NVA as well. What is your locality? Fairfax?
