There is one problem though that I have... when I go to the challenge room after I beat it I look at my finished chapters list and chapters 7 - 10 are missing while 1 - 6, 11 and 12 are there. Shouldn't show it sow up since I beat those levels?

Thats strange.. all chapters should be there, if you completed the game..
