Looking through the sound files, I found these:
muz5_eng_loop
muz6_eng_loop
muz7_rus_loop
Are these actually used in-game? Maybe you should sort it out...
Okay, at least ONE of them is used, but these listed sound files are BARELY HEARABLE! Perhaps you should sort it out...
