Ok, let's see, I have the answer somewhere in my copy/paste log...
Here it is:
1.) Deactivate Firewall
2.) turn off antivirus programs
3.) deactivate non-essential client windows services
4.) Try it again
5.) reinstall is if point 4 failed
6.) Try it again
7.) contact your tech support if point 6 failed
Ad point 7: In the confirmation email of your D2D download (when they sent you: click this link to download, do not delete this email, here is the support we provide you) find the part of "support" and try contacting them
