1.) max is 6 - true.
2.) none I would be aware of - and I am pretty aware of the game
so for you it means -> there is one promille chance you can make them revolt - not worth trying as for 99,9 % this is totally not possible
3.)The same as 2.) but here it could be like 2 till 5 promille instead one...
