I know my video card sucks and well...isn't even a true video card, but I'm really hoping that is not the problem... Is this video "card" even supported?

You're giving that integrated chip-set far too much credit. In fact, I'm not sure if that chip-set supports 2.0 shaders, for one. Many of the newer games will not run with integrated graphics. This game, at it's highest settings, is making my nVidia 9800 GTX break a little sweat. Furthermore, it could be that the game is not compatible with your 64-bit OS, but my guess would be the lack of an add-on graphics card.

I'm running the game with the Q6600, 9800 GTX, Vista 32-bit and 4 gigs of ram - although 3.24 gigs are addressable, and just over 2 gigs are available for the game. Again, I think it's one or both of the two issues highlighted above.
