Glad you've found what you were looking for
the Zalada mod probably can't be installed parallel because both mods use same files, you could try to merge them into one but that would be much work...
and you're right, the Retrospection mod has currently only russian language, but with a lil google translate it should just work fine, even though you get more lol's then actually understanding the text
