Skull of pain rage regen question
Skull of Pain:
Halves starting mana
+50% rage inflow
+2 attack
100% enchantment power
After the enchantment level reaches 0 does it still work? It still gives +2 attack, but doesnt halve mana anymore. So did rage regen stop working too? And is there any way to recharge it?
