Default Go to OPTIONS->COMBAT ANIMATION SPEED->HIGH to speed up combat
Just thought it's worth its own thread to point out to everyone.

There is an option to speed up combat animation speed, just that it's a dropdown hidden among very technical graphics options, so it's really easy to overlook.
