As I am many times, too hasty. What I was looking for was the HomeBase object. Just had to get my hand dirty and open up an existing df mission
.. This was my first obstacle in trying make a df mission, and there seems to be no tutorial giving hints to begin making them.

Just one at first, but several later as we have time to make them. I have already tested the FBDj once, although unsuccesfully, but that was just a hasty test on my personal compy. Previous admins have used the IL2SC, which is simpler to use if I recall correctly.
