Default any cpu monitoring afterburner style but for CPU
i want to test my intuition that the load screen of EVERY game is a back counter set on higher the cheaper your system

think of the movie serpiko either the whole police is corrupted or hardly none are corrupted

so any cpu monitoring software you know of?
