Bomb Sight Table dont work well with CloD in Win7 - due overlay issues, but you can use Alt+TAB to access him.

But it is not necessary in Clod since your major goal is calculate the drop angle, in CloD the bombsight do this based in Altitude and TAS informed.

So you only need a way to convert IAS to TAS... like a hand calculator(1).

TAS = IAS x 0,015* x ALT/1000

*The RL "Rule of the thumb" is 0,02 (2%), but in the (partial) table showed in end of CloD manual use ~0,015 (1,5%) factor - maybe use OAT too.

Online in ATAG server you can access a "Loft Assistent" that do this for german bombers.

(1) Anyone know a printable version of E6-B or similar WWII era Flight Calculator?
