That was it. I had put in the [Main] section:
spitfire on my tail part2
Although I had looked at the line many times while troubleshooting, my brain simply didn't "see" the
missing hyphens! I corrected to:
spitfire-on-my-tail-part2 and now, of course, it shows in the Campaign list in-game.
