Hemo, as far as I know, the SweetFX anti-aliasing effectiveness is at it's maximum with the settings you're using. I tried turning all the SMAA settings up even further but it didn't make any difference.
I think the general consensus is that regular anti-aliasing is limited by the game to something that looks like 2XAA, regardless of what you set your video card to use. When using the SweetFX SMAA, I can't see much if any difference with the in-game anti-aliasing turned off or on, but I leave it on anyway. It's also been shown that some jaggies do remain even when using the SweetFX SMAA, so it's not just you, but I don't know of any solution.
