For the gold, it may be doable using Christa's ability (leveled up with high amount of gold) frequently or with ghost pirate and marauders ability abuse with gift/phantom ? But now for you it might be too late...
For the xp, I think without the infinite xp glitch it is not doable in impossible mode : the decreased xp in impossible mode regarding easier mode
