I've got to repeat Bullseyes Question, because that is really, really important:

Did you uninstall the drivers or did you just install the new drivers?


It's strongly recommended that you uninstall your drivers *before* pluggin' in the new card and you should also run DriverCleaner Pro. Then you change the cards and install the drivers. They are probably even the same drivers, but it makes it even more obvious, that you NEED to delete all the settings if you don't want to run into problems.

And your problem basically leaves only 2 options:

1. You didn't uninstall the old drivers and settings

or

2. Your PSU is too weak
