The Bf 110 has no tail wheel lock.
The later E-series introduced a self-centering flutter-break for the tail-wheel, recognizable on the scissor link.
This was used in all later variants. So no tail-wheel lock at all.
Edit: just for info, the damping of the tail-wheel flutter-break is 53-62 Nm.
