Guys, nobody bought out 1C, ok? It`s 1C that bought other company called "Buka" rus - "Бука" which was another gaming giant in Russia. As far as discussing who is the publisher and who`s not, ETA and other related subjects i am not free to do so, sorry.
Oh, and just to remind you...SOW is not dead, Korea is not dead and BOP has nothing to do with Maddox games
except the licensed engine...and it is NOT using SOW objects, terrain ,etc
