Like I said before, the clouds are bugged with severe icing, even if the ambient temperature is above that at which cloud icing should form.
This damages the engines and you can't re-start them, you need to fly around the clouds until the bug is fixed.
For the bomb sight, look at the the end of your manual, which you can find in the [Drive]:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover\manual, folder.
On page 111 there is a imperial conversion table to help you convert your indicated airspeed (IAS) to true airspeed (TAS), which you need to enter into the bombsite. For example, if your flying at 6000ft, and your IAS is 250, your TAS will be 273, so you enter that into the bombsite.
