I have the newest version of Space Rangers 1 and 2 from Steam. It didn't work properly with Windows 7. After I started it from shortcut icon both games, it started to work but it didn't open any widow and after a second it just closed. I managed to make it work
. The problem was with resolution of game. Anyone who has the same problem should go to directory of Steam\steamapps\common where game's folder is then enter it and start setup. In widow which will open choose settings and change resolution in my case it worked with 800x600. There is a test function which may be used to be sure it work.
