Tools for making mods?
This is my first post, as I am new to this forum. I would like to know what tools are needed to create new skins for Mow: Assault Squad. I would like to create skins for the soldiers uniforms, machines, aircraft, etc...
I would also like to know what 3d modelling tool to use to create new items for Mow: Assault Squad?
